Significance of the Harmon Administration

While Clarence Harmon served as mayor for only one term, yet his administration greatly impacted the city of St. Louis. During his tenure downtown St. Louis was redeveloped, further gun control legislation was enacted, racial relations were of top concern, and measures were taken to ensure the city's continued prosperity in the new millennium.
